Catalog updates

What changed in the model catalog — new models, older generations moved to the archive, retirements, and any change to a region's default model. Updates are drafted from each provider's own catalogue, verified with a live call, and checked against every routing rule before they go live. See the routing guide for how defaults are chosen, or pricing for the live rate card (/v1/pricing?include_archived=true also lists archived generations).
